Online Learning Management (OLM) is entirely distinct from Physical Learning Management. Coronavirus brought the world in the new era of science and technology where people can only interact with each other virtually. The major factor is that we were not able to connect physically with each other due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. The only medium left for us to keep in contact via internet. This is the global change when the world was fully locked in the year 2020. For this purpose, organizations and institutions made shift from Physical Learning Management System to Online Learning Management System. The best part of this pandemic is that we began to search other methodologies and ways to survive.😟

       

In my opinion, Online Learning Management is not like traditional teaching system. For instance, we have to create interest of students by giving them respect. Teachers and mentors have to indulge students in the topic without getting strict and harsh with them. Moreover, teachers do not need to pressurize students to study. If teachers make learning as fun and provide easiest solutions to them. As a matter of fact, the bonding among teachers and students become strong and students can easily communicate with their teachers when they get stuck in the course. It enables the students to learn in a friendly environment. These are blessings of Online Learning Management System. However, teachers should have to learn the methodology of teaching regarding Online Learning Management System and they have to apply accordingly. In practice, teachers and students are still facing difficulty in this system because they do not know the norms of Virtual Learning System so they blame that Virtual Classes are useless and only waste of money. The productivity of this system can be accomplished if proper Capacity Building Programs and workshops on effective ways of Online Learning Management System to be lined up and provide opportunities to the teachers and students equally to increase productivity of the system.

Needless to say, I am sure teachers and students will undoubtedly get aware of the Online Learning Management System if they will get to be trained. Obviously, nobody wants to leave comfort of the home as they are taking their classes with a cup of tea in a relax environment. It reduces their transportation cost and time. I strongly believe that this system will be successful in the future if we will emphasize on it.🙅
